Molds

Mold for a large fresnel lens with optical accuracy. The total straightness deviation is less than 50 µm. Small molds have a straightness deviation of less than 30 µm.
Mold for a head lamp Electroformed molds made of nickel are very suitable for glassware.
Rear red reflectors have strict acceptance specifications, especially regarding the reflection prisms. As electroforming is the most exact method for copying a surface the criteria are met.
This structure can only be replicated by an electroforming process with nickel. The A-mold (master mold) was produced with a LASER. The B-mold is a 100% copy of the A-mold, like a photographic negative.
